  • RN State License And/OR Compact State Licensure
  • 1 Year Experience
  • Pending License OK – Must be in hand prior to start
    Schedule Information
  • 3x12 Nights - 1900-0730
    Unit Specific Information
  • Cares for patients requiring 1+ week of physical therapy/speech therapy/occupational therapy
  • Team-based care with physical therapy and care management teams
  • Patients may include post-surgical, post-stroke, CHF, and those needing prolonged physical therapy
    Additional Details
  • Drivers License/State ID required
  • Primary Source Verification required within 30 days of start
  • Required annually for HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement
  • Required for RRT’s - ACLS
  • AHA only (RQI acceptable) for BLS
  • PALS may be required for some ED roles
