  • Patient Ratios – Type of equipment – Mostly GE
  • Permanent Positions on Unit? (Y/N) – Y
  • Typical hiring profile: Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
  • Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
  • Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
  • List typical procedures performed on unit(s): So many. Need to have stroke and trauma experience. Also experience working in a fast paced environment. Super sick patients and high level of acuity.
  • Best personality Fit: Strong scanning skills. Calm and professional and great team player. Experience in trauma and stroke. Flexible with a great attitude.
