  • 3x12 or 4x12 Nights 7p-7a, weekdays, every other weekend, float
  • Orientation held every other week on Thursday
  • Unit Description: 32 Beds. Medical Conditions: Cardiac, Vascular, Surgical, Pulmonary and Telemetry patients
  • Years of experience REQ: 2 Years RN Experience; 1 Year In-Specialty Experience
  • First-timers accepted: Yes - if experience requirements met
  • Weekend REQ: Every other weekend required
  • Can be floated within scope if needed
  • Manager cannot guarantee blocked schedule requests
  • 100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval)
  • 36hrs guaranteed
  • RTO Restrictions: none - must include on application/profile and discuss with manager during interview
    Job Requirements
  • WV/Compact RN License required - can submit with pending RN license
  • Perm employees cannot return to CAMC as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked perm
  • Flu Shot: Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF. CAMC requires all personnel take flu vaccine unless they have allergy documented by an allergist or physician record. CAMC FLU SEASON IS OCTOBER 1st - MARCH 31st. NOT REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF THAT WINDOW.
  • ONE PDF MUST CONTAIN: Candidate profile (work history), Specialty specific skills checklist, Min. 2 Mgr/Charge References (within past 2yrs.), RN Lic. verification (NURSYs pulled within 2 days of sub date – clean lic. required – hits submitted for case-by-case basis approval), Driver's License, SSN.

  • Valid Drivers License is required. Candidate will not be considered without this.
  • Social Security Card required. Must be legible.
