    Job Details
  • Peds ER position at Memorial Hospital in Bakersfield, California.
  • Significant pediatric ER experience required.
  • Must have experience with high patient volume in pediatric emergency settings.
    Job Requirements
  • BLS certification required.
  • ACLS certification required.
  • PALS certification required.
  • NIHSS certification required.
  • ENA ESI Certificate & ENPC or CPEN preferred.
    Schedule Information
  • 12-hour shifts.
  • No block scheduling; flexibility required.
  • 4 weekend shifts per month; can be 1 per week or 2 every other week.
  • Travelers expected to work holidays unless during contracted time off.
    Unit Specific Information
  • 2 shifts of unit orientation required, plus meeting with ER educator & Quality RN.
    Additional Details
  • Cerner experience required.
  • Travelers must have significant pediatric ER experience.
