  • Trinity Specific Covid Questionnaire must be completed before start
  • Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen must be completed before start
    Schedule Information
  • Shift: 1730-10's
  • Every other weekend required
    Additional Details
  • Must complete various health and safety forms before starting
  • Proof of vaccinations required
