We are currently looking for a BC/BE Family Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care practice in Midlothian, VA .

• Outstanding opportunity to join our well-established private practice and work alongside a highly regarded and board certified family medicine physician, 2 nurse practitioners, and a tenured support staff. Our current physician is happy to provide mentorship and support for both early career and experienced providers.
• Our practice has an outstanding reputation in the community, as we have very high expectations for the patient experience and place the utmost emphasis on quality, patient-centered care. We are ultimately looking for a provider who shares these values towards patient care.
• Our practice offers the full scope of chronic and acute care services to patients of all ages, with a relatively equal amount of pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Flexible full-time schedule including 4 days/week, offering great work-life balance.
• Offering competitive compensation based on production and RVU bonus.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of primary care experience is required
• Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
• State licensure and board certification are required
