Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide well visits, sick visits, chronic care management, physical exams, and immunizations
• Deliver high-quality care to a diverse range of patients, primarily ages 20-40, with a smaller portion of younger and older individuals
• Manage walk-in patients with a positive and customer-focused approach

Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred
• Experience: A minimum of two years in outpatient family care is required; 5+ years of experience is preferred
• Positive Attitude: Must be comfortable with patient interactions and committed to providing excellent service
