Compensation & Benefits :

• Top of the Line Compensation: Base salary ranging from $450K - $525K, plus RVU volumes that drive compensation about 90th percentile. Plus quarterly quality bonusses
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000 as a sign on bonus, as well as relocation reimbursement up to $15,000!

Qualifications :

• Degree: MD or DO required.
• Certifications: Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Licensure: Must be able to obtain Nevada medical license.
• Skillset: Proficiency in bread-and-butter ENT, head and neck cancer resections, thyroidectomy, parotidectomy, and advanced sinus surgeries.
• Experience: Open to experienced physicians and new graduates.
• Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship available.
