Job Summary:
Mission Hospital McDowell is seeking an OBGYN Physician to join the Women s Care team in Marion, NC.
Qualified Candidates:- Board certified or board eligible
- Available to provide coverage 1 weekday per week (24-hour call) and 2 weekends a month (7 am Friday - 7 am Monday)
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Position Overview:- Join a team of 3 OBGYNS, 2 midwives, 1 NP, and a lactation consultant; behavioral health onsite and MFM Consultation available at nearby tertiary care center
- Facility reports 25-40 deliveries per month
- Physician will be based at Women's Care McDowell (Marion, NC), but will provide coverage to Blue Ridge Regional for clinic and surgery, and to satellite clinic in Forest City (clinic only)
- Please note that this position does not offer visa support
