As an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant), you will collaborate with our physician team to provide high-quality primary care to patients. You will manage patient appointments, perform routine examinations, and help diagnose and treat a variety of health conditions. Our team of over 1,100 professionals operates across multiple clinics, providing a wide range of services including Chronic Disease Treatment/Management, Women s Health, Wellness, X-Ray/Ultrasound, Dental, Chiropractic, Urgent Care, Managed Care, and Workers Comp Services. Salary Range: $110,000 $150,000 (DOE)
Schedule: Weekday schedule, with shared light call rotation

• Perform patient assessments, including physical exams, history taking, and diagnostic tests
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in a primary care setting
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with physicians
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records in EPIC EMR system
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in shared light call rotation as needed
• Ensure excellent patient satisfaction by providing compassionate care

Required Qualifications:

• Master of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or a related field
• Valid, unrestricted Texas license (or willing to obtain)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare team

Desired Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience working autonomously as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in primary care
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 DOE
• Sign-On Bonus/Relocation: Negotiable
