Requirements:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
