Radiology - Breast Physician at Premier Physician Services summary:
A Board Certified/Board Eligible Breast Radiologist is needed to provide diagnostic services, including mammography and general radiology, in a facility located near Atlanta. The physician will support a mix of procedures, including diagnostic breast MRI and ultrasound, and must be comfortable with light interventional radiology. The role requires residency in Diagnostic Radiology and the ability to obtain a Georgia medical license.
Premier is working with our client company located just outside of Atlanta to fill their need for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Breast Radiologist.
Candidate must be willing to read general diagnostics between procedures as there is not enough mammo volume to only do mammo. Must be Comfortable with mammo/general radiology blend.
Volume: 60 RVU/shift
Worksite is split between facilities located no more than 15 minutes apart. Set full days at each facility.
Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME accredited U.S. training program
Fellowship training in Breast Radiology
Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
The breakdown would be US, CT, MR, Xray, NM/PET
Comfortable with 2D/3D mammography
Diagnostic breast MRI & ultrasound
Is comfortable with light IR - fluoro/paras/thoras
Licensed or has the ability to obtain a license in the state of Georgia
