JOB DESCRIPTION: Medical center near Myrtle Beach seeking an Anesthesiology Medical Director for our anesthesia services. Incoming physician will enjoy competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package. Oversee and manage six Anesthesiologists and 24 CRNAs for our 12 ORs in two hospitals and one ASC. The position includes approximately 80% Clinical and 20% Administrative responsibilities. We also have a strong clinical relationship with a nearby medical university. Experience required:Extensive Anesthesia Medical Director experience, preferably in practices with multiple locationsMinimum of 5 years' experience preferably in hospital-based physician services and/or healthcare consultingMinimum of 5 years' experience and a working knowledge of healthcare systems management and financial oversight for clinical operations HOSPITAL: The Health system is comprised of four hospitals and more than 60 outpatient locations that stretch up the coast to North Carolina.
