Critical Care/Trauma Physician at SCP Health summary:

As a Critical Care/Trauma Physician at SCP Health, you will be part of a physician-led team dedicated to enhancing healthcare delivery across various settings, including emergency and hospital-based care. You will manage critical care units, including Medical, Surgical, and Neuro ICUs, in a 590-bed hospital equipped with advanced services and programs. Job Details
  • 590 hospital beds
  • Open ICU
  • CC/ICU 44 beds - Proficiency in rounding all three units is required
    • Medical CC/ICU 16
    • Surgical CC/ICU 16
    • Neuro CC/ICU 12
  • Staffing Model:
    • 2 Physicians per day 7a-7p
    • 1 Physician at night 7p-7a
  • Physicians will participate in a robust ECMO program that is developing
  • Competitive rate plus benefits for full-time
  • Additional competitive stipend for Medical Director
  • Collegial relationship with the Hospitalist Program that is also staffed by SCP
  • Meditech EMR
  • Paid malpractice with unlimited tail coverage
  • Physicians must be Critical Care Boarded
