- Length of Assignment: 6+ months
- Minimum # of Shifts Acceptable: 5
- Staffing Model MD/DO: 24 hrs daily
- Staffing Model NP/PA: 24hrs daily (sometimes flex down to 20 hrs as volumes dip throughout year)
- Physician Shift Times: 6a-6p, 6p-6a
- NP/PA Shift Times: 7a-7p, 7p-7a
- Annual Volume: Approximately 22,000 patients
- Patients Per Day: Approximately 60.27/day
- ED Beds & Fast Track Beds: 24 ED Beds
- Trauma Level Designation: N/A
- Scribe Coverage: No
- EMR: Epic
- Must Have Active TX License
- Certification requirements: Will accept ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM, ABPS Completion of an ACGME or AOA approved postgraduate training program in FM or EM. Certification by the applicable medical board. If FM, must be able to demonstrate active practice in an ED setting with a census exceeding 10,000 visits per year within the last 2 years
- Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days for Temps
- EXPEDITED Locum Privileges: Hospital will allow temps if the provider has a clean file w/ no red flags
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
