Assignment date: Upon credentialing
Duration: 6-12 months
Assignment: Clinic / County Call 2-3 x month (24hr call)
Clinic: Monday (830am-5pm) - Friday (830am-5pm)
Caseload 100% Adult
Office/Clinic 80% and Hospital 20%
Hematology 15% Oncology 85%
Avg # of office/clinic patients per physician per day: 15-18, new consults: 1-2
Avg # of hospital patients per physician per day: 7, Admissions: 0-1, Inpatient: 1-3. ICU: 0-2
Is LT physician required to supervise other healthcare providers? Yes APC
Will other hematologists/oncologists be present during LT coverage? Yes
Will radiation oncologists be present? Yes
