Local Team Collaboration:

  • Join our close-knit team of 3 Intensivists and 2 Critical Care APPs at Bayhealth Hospital - Kent Campus.
  • Work alongside clinicians from diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds with a shared dedication to the practice of critical care medicine.
  • In Dover, we also have the opportunity to work with residents from many different disciplines as they train in the ICUs.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Board Certified/Eligible Nurse Practitioner
  • ICU Experience required and competency in ICU procedures.
  • Active NP license or eligible to become licensed in Delaware.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in a 317-bed community hospital.
  • Show high levels of competency in ICU procedures while practicing autonomously.

  • Robust total rewards including a salary of $190,000 - $205,000 depending on monthly shift average.
