• - ACLS, NIH, Strong Cardiac Experience with IABP, Impella and CRRT with Prismaflex.
• - 2 yrs experience
• Interpretation & management of dysrhythmias, arterial line management, blood product administration; Diagnoses include: acute ventilator need, COVID+ with high O2 demand, DKA, severe sepsis, unstable GI bleed, trauma cases, open heart recovery, TAVR recovery, s/p code blue, multi system organ failure, need for CRRT.

• Ratios: 1:2-3 (Ratios will be appropriate to skill level and acuity during required float)
