Job Description:
- Three years or more of work experience as NP in an acute care setting or with Palliative Care and Hospice is required
- Must have passion for palliative care, hospice and the geriatric population
- Must live in close proximity to Lima, OH (relocation may be required)
- Practice autonomously and provide symptom management of really sick patients
- Symptom management, chronic disease management, goals of care, advanced care planning
- 100% inpatient, round on inpatient hospice patients M-F
- 6 patients/day, 5 day workweek, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, rotating on-call
- Hospitalists admit, Open ICU
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- Not accepting new graduate candidates - experience required
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary plus w/RVU c ompetitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
- 200 hours of vacation/CME, 6 days paid holidays, birthday pay, sick leave accrual up to 600 hours
