Requirements
- Board Certified
- Active WA License or IMLC
- Fellowship - Preferred
- ACLS, BLS
- Required Skills: Upper GI endoscopy (with biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser , ERCP (diagnostic), Esophageal dilatation/manometry, Esophageal manometry interpretation, Small Bowel biopsy, Lower GI endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy (flexible, rigid), Colonoscopy (with biopsy, excision of polyp)
