Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for December 14, 15, 18, & 29 at their Corporate Health clinic in Franklin, IN. Provider will see ages 3 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are 8:30am-4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break on December 14, 7:30am-11:30am on December 15 & 29, and 7:30am-3:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break on December 18. Clinic is closed from 12-1pm for lunch. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in Primary Care to qualify for this position.
