Anesthesiology Physician position offering a two-year partner track with uncapped earning potential and significant benefits. The role includes a competitive base salary with profit sharing and ample time off, catering to a balanced work-life culture. Two-Year Partner Track

  • Year one base salary 475k with 50K sign on bonus which is paid upon signing.
  • Year two base salary of 475K with profit sharing up to 90% of partnership income. You should expect to earn at minimum, 600K in year two.
  • Partnership starts year 3. No buy in! Uncapped earning potential.
  • Time Off Years 1&2, 6+ weeks PTO, 1-week personal time
  • Once partnered, extra weeks off available. Some partners enjoy 10-12 weeks off per year.
  • Hospital Based practice first 6 months, ASC engagement thereafter.
  • 90% of cases are self-directed
  • Q5 weekends on call, no 24 hour call on weekends
  • Q10 Weekday call and 5 Late shifts per month
  • Equal schedule and workload to equivalent other partners
