We are reputable healthcare facility dedicated to providing exceptional physical therapy services in Alabama, Seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Part-Time or Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or disabilities, and will possess excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories and physical conditions to develop individualized treatment plans.
  2. Administer appropriate physical therapy techniques and modalities to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore function.
  3. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, proper body mechanics, and strategies for injury prevention.
  4. Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  5. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve rehabilitation goals.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  7. Stay informed about advancements in physical therapy techniques and participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
    1. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
    2. Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Alabama.
    3. CPR certification preferred.
    4. Prior experience working as a physical therapist, preferably in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting.
    5. Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
    6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    8. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
