The role includes a lucrative compensation package exceeding $450k, along with opportunities for equity investment and strong clinical support. With a focus on both medical eyecare and surgery, the practice provides comprehensive services and a three-month transition period beginning February 2025.
- $450k+ compensation
- Opportunity to make an equity investment in the total enterprise.
- BC/BE Ophthalmologist
- Physician retiring from 20-year-old successful, busy solo practice with retina support located in a rapidly growing area approximately 45 minutes north of Tampa
- 4 clinical days and 1 surgical day per week
- Available to start 3-month transition in February 2025
- Join a practice with full management services support and health plan access.
- Clinical services offered:
- Medical eyecare services with robust technician support
- Cataract surgery including premium IOLs
- In-office YAG, SLT, LPI
- Pterygium excision, chalazion incision/curettage, eyelid lesion removal
- Blepharoplasty
- Visiting vitreoretinal specialist two-three days per month
