Role Purpose Statement You'll be working onsite in Anchorage, AK and will be responsible for day-day management of customer data (i.e. menu specifications, production reports, pricing information). Provide production and packing reports to operations. Assist the Accounts Supervisor/Manager with projects as assigned.
Main Accountabilities Principal Duties:
• Responsible for the updating of menu specifications/photos/scheduling information, etc., and daily data entry.
• Responsible for compiling all feedback data from airline customers
• Responsible for creating reports daily, weekly, monthly, verifying vendor invoices
• Responsible for troubleshooting and providing general support to the Accounts Supervisor/Manager/users as needed
• Work independently and within Team
• Updating respective production tools for upcoming menu changes
• Knowledge of customer menu specifications and requirements
• Receive incoming calls, and route to appropriate staff, if necessary
• Produce and update operations support documentation generated from customized and proprietary systems such as CBASE, ACE, AND AIRVISION
• Provide support to menu presentations, customer visits and audits/inspections
• Assist other departments as needed (i.e. Billing, Purchasing, Dispatch)
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned (FAFBL, Briefing Notes)
Knowledge, Skills and Experience • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1-2 year accounting or related experience
• Working knowledge of SAP, preferred
• Strong math skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willing to work flexible shifts and schedules
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize to business and objectives
• Command of software programs (Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Excellent attendance record
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
