Family Practice - Without OB Physician at Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) summary:

A Family Practice Physician is sought to join a primary care team at the HSHS Medical Group's Rural Health Clinic in Clinton County, IL. The role offers a supportive community environment and a flexible outpatient schedule with minimal call responsibilities. Candidates must be board certified or eligible, licensed in Illinois, and possess a clinical doctorate, with a strong focus on care for various age groups.

HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Physician to join our Primary Care team at our Clinton County Rural Health Clinic in Breese, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System.Practice Highlights-Well established, growing practice with great community and hospital support100% Outpatient Practice-Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week-Minimal call through group shared call - 1 weekday call day per week and 1:12 weekend call.-Dedicated support staff provided-EPIC EMRPosition Requirements-Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start-Board Certified or Board EligibilityCompensation & Benefits Package-2 year base guarantee-Sign-On bonus, housing incentive, and relocation assistance all available-Residency stipends available for those still finishing residency-20 days off + 6 holidays per year-1 extra day off is earned each year of service until 10 extra days have been earned with 10 years of service, which would give a total of 30 days off + 6 holidays-CME Reimbursement + days available per fiscal year-Opportunities to earn productivity and quality bonusesPay Range: $291,195 - $351,282

Education Qualifications

  • Clinical doctorate is required.

Experience Qualifications

  • Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

  • Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
  • Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
  • Must be board certified or board eligible.
