Stable and growing family / internal medicine practice seeks an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician in northwest San Antonio, TX!
$275-330k yr after year 1, independent practice-tailored to you, see patients only-admin staff in place to free you up!
Benefits:
- $230-$275000.00 base salary. Then $275-325k yr earning potential after year 1
- 4 day work week option after year 1
- 1.5 months off per year 4 weeks vaca, 2 weeks in Holidays plus CMEs and $4,000

About the Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician role:
- 15-25 patient per day. Patient panel already in place.
- Ages 16 and up only, NO KIDS under 16 seen here
- no weekends.
- Outpatient call only - averaging 2 days per month and every 6th weekend
- AllScripts EMR
- MA and floaters there to cover for you, CEO that has your back and will do everything to help you succeed.
- This position is open because of a retirement.
- no inpatient or OB in this role.
Profile- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician:
- 2 years of experience as an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician that wants to work in a fast-paced practice and develop their own independent practice
- Someone who will retain the patient panel, works hard, and keep the patients coming back
