Your Role with the Company:

• Full-time
• Providing primary care to a geriatric patient population
• Outpatient setting

Professional Background:

• Nurse Practitioner, NP, FNP, AGNP
• 2+ years of experience in primary care
• Licensed in California or in process
• Prefer Spanish Speaker
