Their county services provide treatment to address their residents mental health systems, arranging follow-up quality care, and a referral network of resources. TBH supports Humboldt County Behavioral Health with Adult and Child & Adolescent physicians to address the needs of their patients.
Tele-Hybrid Outpatient Services
- Adult Services
- Flexible 8 or 10 hours of coverage Monday Friday
- 3 weeks tele services, 1 week in-person
- No call, nights, or weekends
- Case load of 250
- Volume of 6-8 patients per day
- Average of 1-5 intakes per week
- 60 minutes for an initial eval and 30 minutes for a follow-up visit
- On-site one week per month, travel costs covered by TBH (for W2 employees)
- Clinic hosts NP trainees, physician candidates should be comfortable being a preceptor
