Job Details
- General job duties include caring for ventilated patients, initiating and titrating IV drips (vasopressors, sedation, and paralytics), assisting with intubations and line placement.
- Monitoring critically ill patients with primary diagnoses of sepsis, respiratory failure (acute and chronic), renal failure (acute and chronic), myocardial infarctions, pulmonary embolism, pneumonia.
- This is a mixed acuity unit with both ICU and progressive patients.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of ICU experience required, 2 years ICU experience preferred.
- Must have a valid IN RN License.
Schedule Information
- Three 12 hour shifts per week.
- Weekends are the greater need; weekend-only assignments could be created.
- Traditional weekday plus weekend assignment rotations available.
