FTE: 1 Shift: Day Schedule: M-F (4 8-hour days)

Salary: $120,000 plus a value-based incentive of up to $10,000.00 annually, plus tenure increase to base salary at years 2 and 5+

• Washington State Nurse Practitioner license by the time of employment

• DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority

• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
