About the Position:
- Inpatient/Outpatient Hybrid Structure: 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient care.
- Patient Load: Approximately 15-20 outpatient and 5 inpatient patients per day.
- Appointment Structure: Patients scheduled in 20-40-60-minute intervals depending on appointment type for personalized care.
- APP Supervision: Oversight and collaboration with advanced practice providers.
- Embedded Care Coordinator: Enhancing patient care coordination and support within the practice.
