The Hematology/Oncology Physician provides outpatient care during regular clinic hours and is responsible for managing new and established patients. This role includes telehealth coverage options, weekday, and weekend call duties, with a typical volume of 15 visits per day. Outpatient Clinic: Monday-Friday, 8-5pm, with the option for telehealth coverage

Week Day Call 5pm 8am Physician s established patients
Weekend Call Required; 1 weekend call per month; Friday 5pm Monday 8am
Volume of cases Approximately 15 visits/day
Outpatient visits consist of new patient referrals, established patients actively in treatment and follow-up appointments
Inpatient rounding (virtual or in-person rounding) Monday Friday, patients may be established with any Hem/Onc physician or they may new/ un-established.
No surgeries or procedures required
BLS required
24 patients with illness related to the practice of Hematology within 12 months
