Job Description:

Seeking a highly skilled and compassionate OBGYN APP to provide full-scope OB/GYN ambulatory care in an outpatient clinic setting. This is a long-term locum position offering flexibility and consistent hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ambulatory OB/GYN Care: Provide comprehensive prenatal and women's health care in an outpatient setting, including routine check-ups, prenatal visits, and other gynecological services.
• Patient Volume: See 20-25 patients per day, across 6-8 half-day clinic shifts per week.
• Clinical Hours: Work 3-4 days per week, with a flexible schedule (8 a.m. 5 p.m.), with potential to schedule half-day clinics (8 a.m. 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. 5 p.m.).
• Collaboration: Work closely with support staff, including Medical Assistants (MAs) and Registered Nurses (RNs).
• No Call or ER Coverage: This position does not require on-call duties or ER coverage.
• Long-Term Commitment: Must be available for long term locum contract, with the possibility of working 2 weeks per month for consistent patient care.

Qualifications:

• Licensing: Must have an active Massachusetts medical license.
• Certification: Board Certification required.
• Experience: Full-scope OB/GYN experience, with the ability to see patients for both prenatal care and general gynecological services.
• EMR Experience: Familiarity with EPIC EMR is preferred.
• No Deliveries: This position focuses on ambulatory care only, with no labor and delivery duties.

• Work Environment: Outpatient clinic only, no hospital-based care or deliveries.
• Provider Type: Open to Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, or Midwives with relevant experience.
• Support Staff: Medical Assistants (MAs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) will assist in clinical duties.
