INFECTIOUS DISEASE PHYSICIAN OPPORTUNITY - EASTERN CONNECTICUT Be a part of a dynamic System team of 20 Infectious Disease doctors. Reporting to the Division Director of Infectious Disease, the Specialist will be part of a department with responsibilities that include:
• Inpatient consultations between two hospitals
• Outpatient consultation including outpatient HIV and Hepatitis C patient treatment
• Wound Care and Antimicrobial stewardship
• Assist with activities of Infection Prevention and the hospital epidemiology programs
• Active Hospitalist program to care for inpatients
• Shared call with other ID physicians
