Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at The Provider Finder summary:

Top Medical Group seeks a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Palliative care to join a collaborative team providing patient-centered, interdisciplinary care. The position requires a medical license in Washington and preferred certification in Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nursing. Top Medical Group is looking for Nurse Practitioner for Palliative care to join our established, collaborative, and collegial team of providers. Our approach to patient-centered care is team-based. About the position:
  • General Schedule M-F, 5 8-hour days
  • No Call
  • Average 8-12 patients seen per day
  • Works with an interdisciplinary team, including other physicians, ARNPs, a social worker, and a chaplain.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority
  • Certification Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse preferred
  • One to 3 years' experience in inpatient palliative care setting preferred

COMPENSATION $125,000 - $165,000
