Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday 8am-8pm.
Weeks then rotate.
Assignment Details/Requirements (): Board Certification is required
Active South Carolina license is required

Need Clean background for temp privileges
Local provider (driving distance) is required
40-75 patients per day; 5 exam rooms; 1 mid-level per day; No supervision
