Advenio Medical Staffing is seeking nurse practitioners to join a growing group conducting house calls for Palliative Care and chronic disease management in the Northwest Phoenix, Arizona area. This is a field based role. Shared after hour telephone call coverage with other providers on the team.
Qualifications: Board Certified NP with an active/unrestricted Arizona NP and RN License. Active DEA or willing to obtain.
Certifications: BLS is required and ACLS is preferred. Speciality certification in Hospice and Palliative Care desired (CHPN or ACHPN).
