As a Search Consultant at Randstad, I am responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates in order to match top manufacturing talent with the right roles. My role involves developing business plans, identifying prospects, executing sales and recruiting activities, and providing innovative employment solutions to meet client needs. With a strong emphasis on results, I leverage technology and interpersonal skills to address human capital gaps and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Our Account Managers are responsible for relationship building with current contacts, identifying and building relationships with new contacts, generating new business, selling our services, growing the account(s), and driving results. What you need to bring:
- Proven sales history of qualifying and closing business
- Managing Metrix and KPI performance
- Serious ambition and intention to make important things happen for candidates & clients
- 3+ years experience in manufacturing, logistics or construction preferred
- Staffing industry experience is highly preferred
- Highly accountable team player approach
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven success in a very fast-paced, team environment
- Agility to fully leverage all processes and technology tools to more productively deliver results
- Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills
- Ability to make decisions, take direction, and execute a plan
- Proficiency using multiple systems, MS Excel, Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
