About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic healthcare team in Mountain View, CA. In this full-time role, you will provide exceptional inpatient care in a collaborative environment, ensuring the highest standard of patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the care of hospitalized patients, including admission, daily rounds, and discharge.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care.
  • Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Educate patients and families on care plans, diagnoses, and discharge instructions.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate intervention as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Hospitalist NP or PA in an inpatient setting.
  • Licensure: Active California NP or PA license and certification (e.g., NCCPA for PAs or ANCC/AANP for NPs).
  • Skills: Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
