Rates: - Hourly and Callback
- Night Call (to include 2.5 hours gratis)
- 24 hour call (to include 4 hours gratis)
Average callback hours: 1-5 hours

FTE:1.0 Required Procedures: TRUS Biopsies of prostate, cystoscopy, cystoscopy and dilation
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: 2 RN's, 1 LPN
Reason for Coverage: No permanent provider on staff
Dealbreakers: Unable to perform TRUS biopsies without an US tech present. Only nursing staff and provider with patient during prostate biopsy.
Additional Details/ Questions Answered by Facility:- 1-3 patients daily
- Number of surgeries? Just emergent surgeries. May get 1-3 stone cases while working.
- Procedures-may need to do cystoscopy
- Providers will do rounding during the week on their post op patients, but no other rounding required.
- The clinic is located in the hospital
- 30 patients scheduled per day in the clinic with 5 in clinic procedures per day.
- On surgery days, there will typically be 4 surgeries scheduled.
