Account Executive at Randstad USA summary:

The Account Executive at Pareto is responsible for driving sales by hunting for new business, managing client accounts, and exceeding revenue targets. This role involves collaborating with team members to close deals, presenting Pareto's solutions to key stakeholders, and participating in recruitment efforts for sales talent. Candidates should have experience in sales with strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth.

*This position is hybrid, requiring candidates to be able to reliably commute in-office 2-3x per week. Eligible applicants will be able to reliably commute to New York, NY(zip code 10004) daily.*

What You’ll Do:

  • Hunt for New Business: Take ownership of the full sales cycle—from lead generation through to closing deals.
  • Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships within your designated territory, driving new opportunities and growing existing accounts.
  • Drive Revenue: Consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs, both short-term and long-term, to contribute to Pareto’s continued success.
  • Collaborate and Close: Work closely with other Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to prioritize and close new business.
  • Showcase Pareto’s Value: Present Pareto’s solutions to key stakeholders, demonstrating how we can make a significant impact on their business.
  • Track Performance: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date reporting.
  • Partner for Success: Collaborate with the Customer Success and Account Management teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Recruiting Impact: Participate in recruitment days and help attract top-tier sales talent to join our growing team.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Education: A 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales or consulting, ideally within the staffing, recruitment industry or previous commissions based roles.
  • Relationship Building: Proven success in selling to VP and C-level executives, with experience selling into SMB and mid-market companies a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), strong presentation abilities, and a talent for building relationships.
  • Self-Motivation: Ambitious, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Team Player: Experience in team-selling and a collaborative mindset.
  • Growth Mindset: Committed to continuous learning and personal growth, with a coachable attitude.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using Google Suite and CRM systems.
  • Travel Ready: Willingness to travel as required.
