We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hematologist/Oncologist for a locum tenens opportunity near Kingman, AZ. Responsibilities:
- Coverage: Full-time provider needed to manage Oncology services
- Duties:
- Clinic hours with patient consultations
- Hospital rounds for inpatients
- High patient volume, including hospital consults as needed
Systems & Support:
- EMR System: MEDHOST
- Support Staff: Collaborative support team available for both clinic and hospital rounds
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Must be Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
- Fellowship: Required
- Certifications:
- ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS
- Licensure:
- Active Arizona license or IMLC certification required
- Credentialing Timeframe: Expedited, approximately 45 days with a clean history
