- $90,000-$120,000 Salary, Based on Experience

Job Responsibilities
- Flexible Schedule. Monday Friday : Mon and Tue: 7:30a 6p, Wed and Th 7:30a-7p, Fri 7:45a-5p
- 4 or 5 Days a Week - At Least 36 Hours
- 20 Patients a Day - Two Patients an Hour
- Seeing Patients of All Ages
Job Requirements
- Active License in The State of Indiana
- 1+Years of Experience as a Nurse Practitioner Required
