Job Title: Primary Care Physician

About the Role:
Astrana Health is looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained primary care physician to join our modern, rapidly growing practice that is rated 5 stars on Google by our patients. This position is located in West Covina.

What You'll Do:

• Assess and diagnose patients at our local clinics

• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care

• Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication

• Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data

• Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality and clinical excellence goals

• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) Graduate

• Board eligible/Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Unrestricted California Physician License

• Current BLS, ACLS certification

• Current California DEA certificate prior to start date

• Demonstrated ability to follow and train other providers on processes and procedures.

• Proficiency with EMRs

• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Spanish is highly preferred.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

• This position is in office. The office is located at 2702 West Valley Blvd, West Covina, CA 91792. The target pay range for this role is between $240,000 - $300,000 annually. This pay range represents our national target range for this role. We are also hiring for our locations in the San Gabriel Valley.
