- $300,000.00 starting salary (negotiable) with a bonus plan in year one and full
- Productivity plan in year two and beyond
- Call Schedule: 1 week is the estimated call time; rotating schedule based on hospital call and it could be more based on the hospital privilege s the new provider obtains.
