PM&R opening in Moline, IL Quad Cities Iowa/Illinois Details: - FT, permanent- Opportunity to practice outpatient/inpatient medicine in an established and well-known clinic- Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences- Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients and the community- Full-time position including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access- Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination Responsibilities: - Hospitalist provided coverage 24/7- Average of 14+ patients per day- 1:3 Shared call amongst the providers- Procedures: Musculoskeletal medicine (EMG's and Ulrasound guided procedures)- Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve- Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care- Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment- Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills Qualifications: - MD or DO- Board Eligible or Board Certified- Open to new Grads- Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Illinois and Iowa- Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician s field of practice- Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt) Offer: - Initial 2-year salary guarantee of approximately $255,000 - $370,000 with the ability to exceed compensation and receive 100% of the upside on an innovative compensation program.
