An established Urology practice in Eugene, OR is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time position. The role involves primarily clinic responsibilities with occasional hospital rounds, patient assessments, wellness education, and management plan development. Ideal candidates should possess an active OR State License, have experience in urology or a related field, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
An established Urology practice in Eugene, OR is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their team. Candidates will work full-time (Monday-Friday schedule, 4 or 5 days).
Responsibilities:
90% clinic, 10% hospital rounding/call
Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations
Perform hospital rounds
Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
Develop and implement patient management plans
Qualifications:
Active OR State License or ability to obtain one
1+ years of experience in urology or a related specialty preferred. New graduates with ties to the area or a strong interested in urology will be considered
Ability to build rapport with patients
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
