We are looking for a Pediatric MD/DO for outpatient clinic & Hospital Call.REQUIREMENTS:? Certifications/Qualifications Required (ACLS, BLS, MSQA, TEE, etc.): BLS; possibly ACLS and NRP? Education Requirements (particular Residencies, particular Fellowships, etc.): Ped Residency? Board Certified Required: Ped boarded, will consider truly board eligible with sufficient experience Specific Specialty Board Required If BC is not required, Number of Years of Board Eligibility Allowed since Residency/Fellowship Completion (0-3 years, 0-5 years, etc.):? IMLC State: Yes? Active State License Required? WA license or IMLC eligible/qualified ? CSR/DEA Requirements (State or Client): WA DEA? Vaccination Requirements: COVID vaccine required to work no exemptions.SCHEDULE:? Coverage Dates and Start Date(Specific, long term only): 6/5/23 target start for 6 months or until perm in place? Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: Monday Friday, 8a-5p outpatient clinic (Wednesday is an admin day)? Minimum length of commitment requirement? 3 months? Minimum number of shifts required per month? 2 weeks per month if complementary candidate found? Call Schedule/Responsibilities: up to 6 days of call per month including weeknights and weekends; call will include hospital consultsPRACTICE DETAILS:? Patients per Day/Volume: 15-18?
