- On-site, no call, days/nights/weekends

- Feb 1-4, 7-8, 13-15, 20, 22-23
- Mar 1, 4, 9, 12-14, 16, 19, 22, 25, 29-31
- Shift Times: 6a-4p, 9a-8p, 4p-10p, 7p-6a
Clinical Information:
- EMR: Meditech
- Number of beds: 47
- Census: Average 130
- Daily admissions: 30-35
- Patient population: Mostly adult, some pediatric
- Trauma level 3 - APPs see mostly acuity level 3-5
- Support staff: RNs, LPNs, Techs
- Culture and microbiology results called by pharmacist
- Common Cases: Chest pain, abdominal pain, MVC, extremity injury, cough/illness, abscess, laceration repair, vaginal bleeding in pregnancy
- EM physicians on staff: 2-3 during day shift (9am-11pm), 1 physician from 11pm - 9 am
Required:
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
- Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role
- Must have 4-5 years ED experience
- Required Procedures: I&D, Laceration repair
